SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders qualify for free 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. We offer overnight shipping for $85 and Saturday delivery for $110 within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders. 

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM EST will be processed that day and ship within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. 

International Shipping

All international orders will process and ship within 3 business days and will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. All prices displayed are in US dollars. To change the currency, please use the circular flag button at the bottom left side of the screen to switch to your desired location. If we do not currently ship to your country, please email services@ireneneuwirth.com.

The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of checkout for your convenience. No additional fees will be due upon delivery. For high value orders over $75,000 shipping internationally, please email services@ireneneuwirth.com to arrange purchase and delivery. All other orders will be shipped fully insured via Fed Ex International.

In placing an order, you authorize Irene Neuwirth to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual import fees for your item(s).

If you refuse a shipment from Irene Neuwirth, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Irene Neuwirth. Ireneneuwirth.com does not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the company. Ireneneuwirth.com will also be closed on the following holidays:

Returns

Return Policy

For a full refund on a piece purchased on ireneneuwirth.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Alterations and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund. All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale. 

For pieces purchased at one of our flagships, we allow for a 7-day exchange period or store credit only.

Please Note: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on ireneneuwirth.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt. 

If you wish to make a return, please email services@ireneneuwirth.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees. 

If you wish to make an exchange, please email services@ireneneuwirth.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all exchange pieces.

If you purchased a piece from an outside retailer and would like to initiate an exchange, please contact that retailer directly as we are only able to assist with orders placed directly on ireneneuwirth.com.

Please note, return request frequency is kept on record. Ireneneuwirth.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
