Return Policy
For a full refund on a piece purchased on ireneneuwirth.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale.
For pieces purchased at one of our flagships, we allow for a 7-day exchange period or store credit only.
Please Note: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on ireneneuwirth.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
If you wish to make a return, please email services@ireneneuwirth.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees.
If you wish to make an exchange, please email services@ireneneuwirth.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all exchange pieces.
If you purchased a piece from an outside retailer and would like to initiate an exchange, please contact that retailer directly as we are only able to assist with orders placed directly on ireneneuwirth.com.
Please note, return request frequency is kept on record. Ireneneuwirth.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
