Emeralds are a type of Beryl loved for their green hue. The finest emeralds come from Colombia and the gemstone is widely accepted to have natural inclusions that are often called the jardin (French for garden) because they resemble a garden. There is a wide range of opal varieties, but Irene designs exclusively with the finest boulder, crystal, fire and pink opals available. Play of color is the most distinctive characteristic of an opal, and it occurs in endless unique patterns and color combinations. Green Tourmaline can be found in an array of hues ranging from intense and saturated to light and pastel. We seek out stones for their unique beauty, natural inclusions and all. Our Fruit Leather is crafted from genuine cowhide leather, naturally dyed without chemicals and individually finished with custom 18k gold caps and a signature slider, each thoughtfully fitted to its unique leather cord.
