Pink Opals are an opaque opal variety that does not display play-of-color. The natural light to medium pink color can be solid or display a subtle textured effect in natural tones. Fire Opals are a variety of opal with color ranging from bright yellow, orange or red and is translucent to transparent. They rarely exhibit play-of-color as the revered characteristic is the rich color saturation that is inherent in the stone. We seek out stones for their unique beauty, natural inclusions and all.
