If you prefer to return for a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours of receipt will allow for exchange only. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
